I loved the taste of this fudgy dark chocolate, cranberry roulade and it looks great as the festive centrepiece this Christmas……
The baked chocolate roulade sponge is filled with a zesty mascarpone cream and a cranberry compote sauce layer. It is then rolled and decorated with a fudge chocolate frosting.
