Description

A cake that is slightly similar to the carrot cake in its moistness and nutty packed flavour… This version contains pineapple and chopped up walnuts mixed with a lot of chopped up raisins and carrots.

A three layer cake frosted with a mix of creamcheese, sugar and vanilla essence…. a great ending to dinner parties!
