Description

This cake turned out to be a real crowd pleaser and a favourite with myself.
The vanilla dough was mixed with fresh orange juice, zest and polenta for a super moist cake. Finally glazed with a freshly squeezed orange juice plus cane sugar mix and left to soak in overnight.

The end result was an authentic homemade orange sensation… serve with whipped cream and a whisky to the side for pure indulgence.
