Description

The first time I tried this cheesecake was in Oslo, Norway and I promised myself I would bake it when back in Malta . It does not get more american than this … the classic New York cheesecake with a U.S oreo biscuit twist…

The base of this cheesecake is pressed crushed oreo biscuits, followed by the cream cheese, whipped cream and crushed biscuits batter.
Then decorated with the yumminess of more oreo biscuits..sinfully delicious
