It is the most traditional baking item you will find in a Swedish home and the smell of these home baked gingerbread cookies is fantastic during Christmas time.
Swedes love baking during the holiday season and this means loads of Pepparkakor batches. This was my first attempt and I found that with the help of some friends the decoration is the best part !
A tasty mix of spices best enjoyed with coffee or Swedish Glögg, a fantastic version of gluhwein / spiced wine.. God Jul till alla !!!!
