A Wintery selection of cupakes….. on the bottom tier I placed after-eight mint chocolate cupcakes, rosted with a mascarpone swirl and decorated with mint chocolate buttons… a taste of After Eight eye-candy !

And on the top tier, there are some moist and spicy gingerbread cupcakes balanced out by a creamy, soft mascarpone frosting.
