Description
I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR All the best for 2010 xoxo
Knäck is a Swedish caramel served typically at Christmas time. These coconut sprinkled knäck toffees are a slight variation to the traditional nutty ones.
It is a kind of Toffee made with sugar, light syrup, butter, double cream and nuts or coconut in this case. The final result as the toffee hardens is a fudgey or a hard consistency, depending on the boiling time. The candy is served in these cute cupcake like-mini paper forms making it the perfect chewy size.
Doesn’t get more swedish than Knäck, they are sold all over in Sweden and are a must in every home during the festive season….
