Description

Easter, Spring, bees and ….loads of honey.

This cake has a fantastic fudgey texture due to the maltese honey. I used runny honey in the chocolate batter combined with the 70 % dark chocolate, cocoa and the dark muscovado sugar as well as for the the fudge glaze melted with chocolate and the taste is something special.
