Description
Also known as ‘PepparKakor’ this is a Christmas Favourite; a blend of grated ginger, cardamon pods, cinnamon and cloves.
In this particular variation of Gingerbread Cake, I added a walnut filling made from walnut chunks and dark brown sugar to create a nuttier and moister version and then coated it in milk chocolate.
Serve with mulled wine.
