Description

This variation of Kladdkaka is milkier and more velvety as I omitted the coffee and used a lighter cocoa content of 40 %….

Made with slabs of premium milk chocolate and cocoa, this cake gives pure gooeyiness ….. a very moist and soft fudge within a crusty consistency.

Serve with fresh blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream for a real chocohalic treat…
