Description

Inspired by the modern classic Red Velvet Cake, here come its variant in sandwich cake portions.
A deep red colour that is very striking and dramatic looking layered together with the creamy white frosting.

This cookie is a mix of moist chocolate and vanilla in flavours and filled with a butter, vanilla and cream cheese icing.

All in all, a big favorite all around the States and in Canada. Sinful in colour and in taste !
