Description

This baked cheesecake is delicious and jam packed with fruit. It consists of a crushed coconut biscuit base, topped with mango slices, a layer of creamed cheese and whipped cream.

Finally a combination of mangoes and summer fruits on top…..
a very refreshing summer treat !
