Description
Also known as ‘PepparKakor’ this is a Christmas Favourite for its particular and spicy taste. A blend of grated ginger, cardamon pods, cinnamon and cloves.
In this particular variation of Gingerbread Cake, I added lingonberry jam and orange zest for a fruitier taste as opposed to the original recipe.
Serve with mulled wine or apple cinnamon spiced drinks.
