Description
The french word ‘Parfait’ literally translates into ‘perfect’ ….. in this case a perfect dessert to end a special meal on Valentine’s Day.
This sweet parfait is made with white chocolate, double cream, yoghurt and served with a thick berry sauce that contrasts nicely with the rich thickness of the parfait.
