Description

These banana and honey oat cupcakes are yummy and have a lingering honey aftertaste. Ideally served for breakast; for those who want to start off the day with a sweet boost or during the traditional tea-time affair.

The batter is a mix of mashed sweet bananas, lots of dense honey, oats, butter and muscovado sugar. Spiced up with cinnamon and niutmeg, the cupcakes are then frsoted with a chocolate ganache and flower icing decorations…..
