Description

A cake that is slightly similar to the carrot cake in its moistness and nutty packed flavour… This version contains mashed bananas and chopped up fresh pineapple mixed with a lot of chopped up walnuts.

A three layer cake frosted with a mix of creamcheese, sugar and hazelnut essence…. a great tasting start to Spring or Easter!
