Description

I love these chunky American muffins, they resemble fairy cakes in texture but are much larger in size and with a nut twist.

The muffin batter consists of dark chocolate chunks (75%), chopped cashew nuts and additional vanilla spiced sugar. They are so tasty that no frosting is needed.. just a sprinkle of icing sugar to decorate.
