Description

A great alternative for New Year after-dinners; this Citrus cake is a light and creamy ending to big dinner parties.

I used lemon, orange and lime for this recipe, combined with a yellow cake mix and rich almond mass. Then filled with a lime infused cream filling and topping. Fresh and moist Citrus products at it best !
