Description

Kärleksmums or Chocolate Coffee squares are a swedish treat found all over the country and loves by kids and adults alike.
I started off with baking a nice and fluffy chocolate and vanilla-based batter; pierced it and smothered with a coffee and cocoa smooth liquid glaze that soaks into the baked mix.

Finally, I gave it I heavy sprinkle of coconut and served it in squares.
They are great served with coffee and cream….
