Description

These meringues are based on brown sugar and contain a little fruit explosion which is a treat. Meringues are said to have originated by an Italian chef in a little town called Meiringen in Switzerland. Sweet and low in fat, these treats are a traditional favourite for lemon meringues, but can also be piped into different baking shapes such as this.
