Description
A good British Pudding that has stood the test of time.This classic pineapple upside-down cake makes a fun centre piece for afternoon tea and brings back many school childhood memories. We learnt how to make this one at school, ate it at home served to family and to this day it is still a fun favourite.
Starting of by glazing the pineapple rings and placing them in the ovendish with glaze cherries, they are then covered with the vanilla and dark sugar infused batter and done !
