Description
This cream cake is named after the small key limes variety that originate from Florida. They are a smaller variety of limes and more yellowish in colour than usual.
This cake is a great favourite as dessert to a dinner or summer bbq because of it s light consistency and refreshing flavour.
It consists of a gingernut biscuit base, thick creamy condensed milk combined with lime juice plus zest filling, then decorated with caramelised lime slices and dark chocolate drizzles.
