Description

These gingerbread pralines are a real Christmas treat; balls of rolled up gingerbread cake soaked in syrup and coated with cocoa powder.

Meanwhile the raspberry jam shortbread is a rich, tender and crumbly biscuit made with of one part sugar to two parts butter to three parts flour mixed together for the basic shortbread mix. Simple shortbread topped with raspberry conserve.
