Moist, light, not too sweet and loaded with freshly brewed coffee goodness…
These mocha coffee cupcakes consist of an espresso coffee based batter and then topped with a white chocolate whipped cream frosting. A lingering coffee taste that is balanced out by the sweet frosting. Finally decorated with edible chocolate roses and leaves….
Definitely a success during the last tea-time get -together….
