A triple coffee walnut gateau ….
Starting off with the moist and light coffee infused and crushed walnut sponge filled with a coffee vanilla cream and frosted with a sharp espresso coffee glaze and chopped walnuts.

A winning combination of sweet coffee sponge, the creaminess of the decadent frosting and icing plus the crunch of the walnuts.
