Description

Inspired by our lovely honeymoon to the Hawaiian Islands here comes a moist Coconut cake cut into biteable squares with a cream cheese frosting.

The coconut cake is a mix of vanilla infused batter mixed with shredded dessicated coconut whilst the frosting is a combination of cream cheese, sugar with some orange zest, then topped with flaked almonds.
