Description

A Halloween success…. chocolate & pumpkin are an american winner and a nice alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie.
A chocolate buttery base topped with melted chocolate to keep it crisp. then topped with a blend of ovenbaked pumpkin, dark sugar, maple syrup and cream.
Finally, I made some chocolate marzipan spiders for effect – a favourite with everyone ! Balls of fresh marzipan poked with salty pretzels sticks and dipped in dark chocolate.
