Description

Happy Birthday Marcus ! Here comes this year’ s birthday cake :) A vanilla ‘yellow cake’ sandwiched and filled with swedish cloudberry jam and whipped cream.
Frosted with a sweet chocolate butter icing and finally decorated with a homemade marshmallow fondant to re-create my hubby’s golf course.
This type of fondant is made with melted mini-marshamallows, butter, vanilla extract and icing sugar which turns out as a perfect cake fondant.
