The home-baked american cheesecake is ideal is Summer. A trio of crushed biscuits, gorgeous vanilla creamy filling and a summer fruits topping, all baked in bain-marie style. 

There are several varied recipes for american cheesecake, mostly depending on the State the cake was baked in combined with the cultural influences and background.

This one is mostly similar to the dense New York cheesecake but comes with a generous portion of summer fruit topping. Simple and an exquisite summer treat … my personal favourite
