This week I was confronted with an interesting baking challenge… an order for a wild bachelor’s party to be attended by 45 men…. not one to succumb to challenges, I accepted and this is the result :)

The rich chocolate and rum sponge cake is frosted with a viennesse vanilla and hazelnut icing cream. Decorated with sweet loops and bits and all adding up to this female torso….funnily enough, my fiance’ will be celebrating his bachelor’s party in less than 7 months so this was his surprise preview.
