Description

The  number one classic Sacher Torte, invented by Franz Sacher in 1832 in Vienna is now a worldwide cake delicacy. Glazed with apricot conserve and covered in dark chocolate couverture.

Serve with whipped cream, ideally enjoyed in a Viennese home.
