A sweet and eggfull Almond cake also known as Mandeltårta in Sweden, this cake blends in nicely during the Easter celebrations ….
2 almond paste based cakes filled with a butter cream and coated with heated eggyolk icing blend and toasted almonds galore.

Serve cold with whipped cream.
