Description

Inspired by this year’s Carnival… A cupcake recipe that replaces butter with oil, melted chocolate, cocoa and addition of Frangelico .. a fantastic hazelnut liquer.

I frosted the cupcakes with an ultra rich dark chocolate ganache spiked with some more hazelnut liquer :)
