Description

A final strawberry cake while the strawberries are at their best; sweet and succulent !
The tart base is made with a shortcrust pastry mixed with sliced almonds and lemon zest, while the filling is cream cheese and whipped cream.

Finally decorated with loads of halved strawberries and a toffee drizzle. The latter is made with 2 tubes of Rolo caramel chocolate melted with fresh cream..hmmm
