Description

Desserts made with Mars, Snickers or other American candy-bars are very popular in the States and even Scotland and Ireland.
This velvety and creamy cheesecake is made with a biscuit and butter crumb base then topped with a mix of melted Mars bars, peanut butter and whipped cream.

The rich flavour of the Mars combined with the creamy and crunchy peanut butter is a sure winner…. A delicious cheesecake with the taste of chocolate caramel in every bite :)
