Description

This very light and fluffy chocolate cake made with a cocoa batter contrasts at its best with the rich chocolate coffee infused glaze.

The gataeux is then filled with a rum-flavoured soft cheese and whipped cream filling …. and finally a dark chocolate coffee spiced glaze decorated with a generous layer of white chocolate shavings.
